A Splash of Color October 15 - 17, 2010 This Retreat is all about color and traditions! We will be sitting on the boardwalk along the Mersey River in the fall with a sketch pad and some water color pencils, and we will learn to let go of our inhibitions of sketching and just sketch what we see! We will be hooking with alternative material all your supplies will be provided.You will learn about the Native history and how they used the MerseyRiver for travel also some of their traditions. Yoga and Meditation Weekend Retreat - stay tuned for the date of the Fall Retreat April 23 - 25, 2010, led by Julie Palmer and Andrea Wegerer $ 320.00 including taxes, accommodations, meals and program ($ 100.00 deposit required to reserve your spot) This weekend program will offer a variety of meditation and Yoga practies. Julie also will share some of her techniquies learned during her recent visit to India. There will also be some unstructured time to spend in nature by oneself or with others. Canoes, Kajak, hiking trails and a labyrinth are on site. Program begins Friday evening at 6 pm with dinner and ends Sunday after lunch at 1.30 pm. Accommodations are shared (single accommodation available at extra cost) and meals are vegetarian. Beginners are welcome ! Instructors have a combined experience of over 20 years teaching in Kripalu and other Hatha Yoga traditions.
